We offer a 7-day exchange policy for selected items.

4.1 Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

4.2 Process:

  • Email your request to info@sanware.in with order details and reason.
  • Customer must ship the product back at their cost.
  • Once received and inspected, exchange will be approved and processed.

Note: No exchange on customized or festive-specific items.
